No they don't. The reader may have influence over the writer but ultimately it's the writer's decision whether they stop the story or not. I do believe the final decision actually rests on the admins actually, technically, he could still write it even if this entire thread was demolished and he can certainly keep writing it even without the support of the community, though he won't exactly be viewed favorably by the people he's tormented with this rubbish |
