(I know that your empire doesn't know mine yet, but they've heard of you. Possible trade of radio messages could unite the two empires into an alliance.) 
As the S.S. Gigi continues to sail down the river, they decide to attempt to send a radio signal into space looking for an alliance. A satellite broadcasts the coordinates of the Corgnajian Hierarchy's home planet and the message looking for alliance. Most likely an empire will pick up the signal, decipher it, and hopefully head towards the Hierarchy's planet.

"What does it say?" The major asks
"It's something about an alliance, the transmission isn't good. Probably came from far away. The only words I managed to hear were Alliance, Hierarchy and some strange coordinates." The officer responds
"Contact the Alteran Space Command. Tell them we have Code Sagraa'al."

"Lieutenant General Gerak?" A captain asks
"Yes? What's this about?"
"We just received a message from CF5 at Danos Minus. They managed to intercept a transmission. You should take a look at." The captain says, giving him a tablet with informations about the transmission.
"Another strange activity. Send the AFS Prometheus to investigate." The general says, giving back the tablet.

[Crognajian Hierarchy]
The S.S. Gigi stops momentarily for an incoming helicopter to land on the helipad. Coming from the helicopter was Corporal Jennings of Earth with news of the military. Organisms are being removed from the field and are being replaced with animatronic avatars controlled via a tablet. Already in five different simulations, the animatronic avatars proved to be more endurable and faster with reflex than organisms. Although, the military will be down temporarily for retraining on how to use this new tool.

The Forerunner listening stations have received a trade request message from another civilizations ; Faber which is one of the most powerful master builders of the forerunners is sent there to discuss the Terms between The Ecumene and  The Crognajian Hierarchy       . On the other Side 2 More Installations have been finished and are delivered to Andromeda which is in the Forerunner's hegemony currently . The Ark has been placed outside Milky Way and a new Ark is built which is tasked of activating the Andromeda's Halo Arrays in case of war . New light weapons are designed and in use (find them at my cs in extra ) . The 18th class of Highly Advanced Combat skin has been finished and its almost undefeatable ; it can stand and take no damage to almost any weapons . It is still to be only used by the Master Builders and Promethean Leaders . New ships are commissioned and are sent towards Andromeda Fleet .

The forerunners have faced less combat operations in Andromeda ; which now sits in the permanent Forerunner hegemony ; 5 Installations are placed there and the greater ark has been finished and placed outside Andromeda . A portal which connects the Galaxy with the Upper Ark has been built onto Epsilon Indi Shield World . The forerunner armors are getting better so do the ships 

Meanwhile onto Mantle Approach


The IsoDidact has interfered with a strange kind of signals coming from another advanced civilization in the Core zone of Milky Way ; He obtained permission to derive from his original flight and head there currently . He discovered a Large ( Alteran) Satellite Station nearing a planet not far away . He sent a detecting signal towards the station and its awaiting anxious a response from the unknown civilization yet .

"General Gerak! Mir Daminos Defense Line has detected an unknown ship aproaching one of our defense satellites!" The officer says.
"A ship? God. Aliens everywhere! Send the Fourth Alteran Fleet." The general says.

Suddenly, six Daedalus-class ships drop out of hyperspace, activating the shields, the drone platforms and hailing the unknown ship.
"Unknown vessel, you are entering Alteran Space. Identify yourself." One of the Daedalus' commander say.
The satellite also activate it's weapons, aiming at the ship.

"General Gerak, the alien vessel represents some sort of Ecumene Empire. I believe that President Gustavus' presence here would be nice, since this is a new race." The commander says
"Commander, do you think it's safe enough to bring the president there?" The general asks
"Sir, we have enough firepower to wipe out his ship if needed, and our shields can stand any sort of energy.  We could bring him on the Puddle Jumper-class." The commander says
"I'll contact him, stand by."

"Mister president?" A woman walks inside the presidential room and asks
"Yes?"
"Mister president, the Alteran Space Command requires your presence on Mir Daminus. Code Tau'ri." The woman says
"Shit...Alright. I'll go." Gustavus says, entering a transport room. Transport rings activate, taking him to the ASC station, on Celestis' orbit.
"Where's general Morgan?" He asks
"Sir, brigadier general Morgan has been sent to this unknown system where we have found a possible new race. As we speak, another unknown alien ship has entered Alteran Space, and it is nearby one of our defence satellites. I have sent the fourth fleet, but I believe that your presence there could be very nice, since it's our first encounter with this race." General Gerak says
"Alright. I'll be going there. Are they friendly?" The president asks
"I'll brief you with everything we know so far on the way, sir. Now please, follow me. We'll take you there in the AFS Sun Tzu." The general says, taking him to the dock bay.

The AFS Sun Tzu Puddle-Jumper class drops out of hyperspace behind the big Daedalus-class ships.
"Open a channel with them" The president says
"Hello. I am President Gustavus Barbosa, leader of the Alteran Republic. You IsoDidact, of the Forerunners, I assume?" He says, a bit nervous.
