Just curious. I got the top 9 most populous religious beliefs and added an "other" category, please say what your religion is if you vote other. I have two options for "no religion" and "dunno" so no calling me racist.

atheist a-theist a theist is someone who believes at least one god so an atheist is someone who believes no god. None. Zero. Nada. Null. Nothing.

Without any religion, there would also be a world without athiests, so if you think about it, it is a religion, therefore everybody is religious in some way.

Atheism, while supposedly not a religion, is practiced as a religion in quite a number of ways. For instance, my dad, a self-declared atheist, believes in relativity on raw faith due to not being able to understand the proof for it. From my dad's perspective, the scientists could easily be deluding us all and the proof is complicated jargon on purpose so that nobody questions it, which is exactly what he claims not to like about religion. Chances are you'll find that many atheists do not understand the proof for the scientific theories they claim to believe in, and so you should point out to them that scientists are deceiving the world and see how they react.

Priests and Scientists aren't like factions where they are all in one the same gig. Some people believe, others don't. Saying "Scientists are doing this or that" is a bit silly, considering scientists can range from your local aquarium biologist to my grandfather.

I know, I'm not stating that scientists are deceiving the masses. I'm saying that from the perspective of someone who claims atheism without understand scientific principles and yet ardently believes them the scientists could potentially be deceiving the masses.

I know, I'm not stating that scientists are deceiving the masses. I'm saying that from the perspective of someone who claims atheism without understand scientific principles and yet ardently believes them the scientists could potentially be deceiving the masses. just judging on the fact that atheists/agnostics tend to be very well educated (high amount of atheistic professors, scientists, etc), there has to be enough people in general that can say "this is complete bullshit"(in reference to some article) without being corrupt or whatever since atheist research papers are pretty factual based and straight out there for anyone to read. and saying atheism is a religion/faith based is kind of silly. religion and faith based rely on blind faith, atheism/agnosticism can draw conclusions and say 'this, i personally think, is fairly likely'. just wanted to make that point also, something i finally want to point out, is that atheism and agnosticism isn't exactly that cut and dry. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spectrum_of_theistic_probability/bails

I've seen god. Mostly during the events leading to my first arrest. He doesn't care about us. We've been cancelled halfway through. There's no more updates coming. The dev developed something more interesting.
