Nope, I wasn't banned. Instead, the connection always times out and can't load the website. I am now locked out. I couldn't find a fix. And I can't stay here either. So....maybe this is a final goodbye, or at least until it works once again?

Ohhhhhhh, I understand now. I think. I experienced something like this recently when my own internet blew from the heat. It was barely working, unable to load roblox or much of anywhere else, here and a couple other places slowly and barely.
He has internet troubles guys. He can't make a proboards account because that requires too much processing for his dead internet connection to handle.
