You inhabit a moderately-sized continent known as Ungar towards the west near the coast. Your kingdom creates a horseshoe around a lake the leads to a river that eventually pours out into the sea between Ungar and Herun. Your city, known as [Name], has a population of 81,239 with 15 births p/t. Your kingdom spans 200 Terras (200 acres) or 809,371m2 or 8.712e+6ft2. Your immediate resources are coffee trees, a silver deposit, and a large abundance of granite. You haven't developed the knowledge to exploit metals or other, stronger materials. Thus, you're currently using stone-based weapons and tools. You have 2,023lbs or 918kg. This will feed your people for the next (8) turns. Thank you sir. The Name of the city is Tharrakk.
To begin my reign, I'd like to send an expeditionary group to collect other types of trees and look for animals. About 200 archers should be enough to bring back a decent amount. If they see anything strange, take what they have and bring news to me immediately.
As for agriculture, if any of my people are willing to gather food or (if we're intelligent enough) farm, then they will do so. Since currency is scarce, let's rely on getting food to as many people as possible.
Lastly, I'd like to continue operations for granite mining with all workers who aren't farming or performing any prior tasks.

You dispatch 200 archers to search for more trees, and livestock. You have 124 archers left at your Capital. (324 Archers = 14% of your active army.) Your people have gained the intelligence enough to farm. You currently farm wheat and corn. You dispatch your soldiers in the Capital to hand out food to your villagers. (+10 Favor among the populace.) (You haven't established a granite mine.) Your people have yet to achieve the ability to mine. They made weapons and tools by pounding rocks against each other an fashion weapons and tools. Your need to name your Capital and your Currency.

(To explain right now, the currency is called Devirus or Deviri (plural.) The city is referred is to as Tharakk. Do I know how to read? And one last thing, regarding the last Kingdoms...take your time, man.)
I find citizens and tell them to search for the people of my city who can read in the hours when they are not gathering stone or farming wheat and coffee. I intend to begin teaching all children under the age of 16 and I will be hiring some of the literate as teachers. The others I will use to begin formulating advisors in certain fields.
My archers know the orders to return with any new findings and whatever they can gather as soon as possible.
As soon as I have enough money to do so, I'd like to begin paying the men working in my fields and the mines.
For however many men and women bashing stones to get more stones and gathering wood, I'd like to start moving the materials closer to the capital.

Preares thanks you for your understanding and thus grants you the Cube of Animosity. It provides a bonus to your army during combat. It's only effective once but it provides a large strength bonus and one thousand elite ghost warriors. Your archers will return with more information in (5) turns. Due to their light armor, they travel faster than other units. It will cost 140 Deviri to pay the farmers and 235 Deviri to pay the miners. At your current rate, you will not be able to pay both groups at the same time for another (16) turns. [You produce 20 Deviri p/t.] Your workforce isn't focused on bashing stones. I provided that detail to explain to you that's how they fashioned tools and weapons. Otherwise, 6% (4,876) of your population commit to gathering wood. They will return with 381.18 kilograms of wood in (5) turns. You inhabit a moderately-sized continent known as Ungar towards the west near the coast. Alright, if I want to get anything done, I'm going to start asking each and every family for one Deviri (per turn) as what is referred to as 'safety tax.' As explained bluntly, it is the money we will use solely to keep our kingdom safe and prosperous.
Again, I ask any citizens who can read to come to the palace to start work with me to study the world around us. The farmers are ordered to bring food to the capital in which we will distribute enough to give each and every person food equally. I'd also like to tap into the very basics of magic if given the opportunity. After accepting Preares's gift with open arms, I sit down in the coffee-wood chair at my hut, because this is going to be interesting.
As an afterthought, I'd like to position a few members of my active army on a shift around the perimeters of my city. Every four hours, my active army will shift so that about 1/6 of my army remaining active army is on guard at any given time.

You lack the authority and civilization to create a taxation policy. The only people who can read are the immediate people under your rule. I.E; advisors, family, and rich families. You attempt to test your fate with the arcane arts. You end up blowing a hole in your wall and losing one person with several injured. Every four hours, 353 new soldiers are dispatched to patrol around your kingdom.

Very good. This means that magic is possible, just not very easy. I'm personally requesting for some of my immediate family to try to teach as many people as possible how to read for three hours every day. I've also asked any other advisors to study nature. If arcane magic is not possible, perhaps nature has a better solution for us. Also, I'd like to apologize to the families of the dead and injured and give the former a proper burial. Respecting the dead is very important here! Are the farmers able to provide food to the people? If so, distribution is necessary to keep everyone alive. As for the rest of the people directly under my rule, we need our own personal food storage, in the event that our people are starved. This way we can easily keep them fed for a few moon cycles.
