I have decided to start in this enterprise of podcasting, and I am making a cooking show titled SciTasty on Youtube. The show will be a cooking show with a heavy focus on science, and an intentionally low budget selection of foods to appeal to a teen demographic. Basically, I will record me cooking food with a sort of apparatus I built that has wheels and is a camcorder looking down at a counter from about head's height and I will voice over later. All of the recipes are written by me, and made by me. I've made three recipes that I imagine could do well on the show, but I want to know what you guys think I should have the first episode be.
To explain your answers: The Heart Attack is a very unhealthy and amazingly delicious breakfast sandwich primarily (but not entirely) consisting of eggs, bacon, and a bagel. The Self Bread Pudding is a one person bread pudding. Simple. Not too fancy. Could amp up the video a notch by not allowing for use of an oven. Cake-Stravaganza is an episode starting with a cake base that is an OK cake but is modified to make multiple different cakes throughout the video.
So yeah. Any suggestions beyond that?

Yeah, I put a lot of research into the interactions between ingredients to make most of my recipes, and balancing chemistry in a cake is a hard maneuver.

I hardly know anything about purely homemade cakes, so if you make the cakes, I'll watch.
