That is what I am currently doing. Speaking about fainting. Of course, I use the term 'speaking' loosely, but that fact is off topic, because I need to stop speaking abput speaking about fainting and get straight to speaking about fainting. No more speaking about speaking about speaking about fainting. No more speaking about no more speaking about speaking about speaking about fainting, either.
So.
Speaking of fainting.
I do it sometimes.
Always when I panick or get too worked up about something.
Like that ripping sound you hear when you're getting a tooth pulled, that teeny tearing that terrifies you
Or the blood on the surgeon's gloves after they remove it from your mouth (the two instances listed here were actually different appointments, mind you that.)
Or like a hot and humid summer day when you start to pant, and then you realize you might faint if you get too hot, so you pant harder and harder and faster and faster and it gets too too hot so hot you wanna rip off your jacket you had kept on for the a/c rooms, because rolling up your sleeves didn't work anymore! And you're oblivious to the fact that getting worked up about it is what made you get so damn hootttt. You don't care, you just want it to be cool again.
And suddenly, you are cold. It's such a relief. Your body cools itself off, all on its own ... but at a price. You get numb and dizzy. The dots that take over your vision start turning black and green and you can't stand up. It's like your eyes and legs and hands all went on strike. And if you don't do something soon, you're gonna fall. You whisper to someone, they have to get you a glass of water, but they can't hear you. Too soft a voice. It takes so much effort just to ask again, and you try to hold yourself up but it doesn't work. You wanted to think you're strong, but you're not. And you need to lean on someone, only hoping to stay semiconscious as people stop by and stare. They stare stare stare, but you don't care; you feel their eyes but all you numbly want is to get strong again, stop being such a wimp and be able to stand again ...
that is fainting.
I have a theory for the heat one, and it's that the body cools itself off, but at the price of weakness or even losing consciousness.
Plausible?
