So, without my knowing, my mother thought it'd be a good idea to send me off to a Summer camp for half a week without my knowing. She just told me about it today, and I'll be leaving June 22nd which isn't even a week from.Obviously I'm pretty pissed, but I've decided that I'll try to make the most of it even thought I won't have any connections with any of these people. After all, there's no point in deliberately trying to make myself more miserable, right? Well, I can only hope that I'm truly right about that.
With that out of the way and in an attempt to make this somewhat of a discussion, has this ever happened to any of you on a certain degree? Maybe you weren't sent off to a Summer camp without notice, but maybe you did get thrown into something you didn't want to participate in in the first place?

And as for your second question, I'm not sure. I've always been shipped off to Summer School, and then some sort of camp. As it happens yearly, I tend to just.. expect it by now.

My parents had sex at least twice after I was born producing the two miserable shits that are my brothers, and despite the direct impact it would have on my social development and life didn't think to ask me for my opinion first.

I've only been to a summer camp once, last year. I was in school the month before and we were hiking mountains, well, I guess I was the unlucky shit that tripped on the chicken wire on the boardwalk and my left knee plunged straight into it, bringing out a giant chunk of flesh that was circular in shape. It was pretty deep, too.
It was still stitched up an bandaged when I went to the summer camp, my mum wasted a shitload of money for me and my sister just for 1 bloody week, and on the first day, I split my leg open again. My mum was pissed and so were the doctors and she didn't even get a refund, that's why I'm never going to any bloody summer camp anymore.

The only kinds of camps I've ever gone to were girl scout camping and going to state parks with my family.
I doubt my parents would ever pay for a summer camp for me, though some sound fun.

Apparently, I've been doing converting fractions for 5 months, which resulted in me purposely doing them do them extremely slowly. God I hate my mum for signing me up for retarded shit. |

I keep on telling my parents that I don't want to do it, I know how to do maths equations, and that it is a waste of money, but no, my parents are in a right state of mess with their brains, saying if I quit, all their money would be wasted, WHICH IS WHAT I TRY TO BLOODY TELL THEM. |

I'm the youngest, and I have 3 brothers and 3 sisters who ages range from up to 20 year old to 40 year old. Oh... Well, I have a (soon to be) 15 year old brother with a mental disease and diabetes, so I have to basically take care of him when adults aren't around(day time during spring break(1 week), winter break(two weeks), and summer break(2.5 months). I also must do the same with my younger brother and sister(who are twins)who both happen to have ADHD, and my younger brother is OCD about a lot of things. |
