I can't fucking get my sleep schedule on track. I'm either waking up at 3pm, or waking up around 1 or 2am after having gone to sleep at 8pm.
I just can't find a good median. Anyone else have this issue? Anyone else got a good solutions?
also i think i'm a insomniac so yeah

I have the same issue to a somewhat lesser degree (11AM waking time or 4AM waking time as opposed to your 3PM or 2AM) but no solutions.

My natural sleep cycle is twelve to twelve.
