I am raising funds for a new neighborhood in either Bird City or Member City called the Platinum Viper Casino. In exchange for donations, I'll offer entry into this private building:
In exchange for 800 posts, I'll let you have access to the Platinum Viper Casino. Get this deal while it stands; once this baby is built, admission cost goes up to 1000.
In exchange for 5000 posts, you will get entrance permission to the Platinum Viper Casino as well as the highly exclusive clubhouse for the richest of the rich, The Black Diamond Lounge. (Note: This will only be given to you if I can afford to make it after the cost of the main casino, so remember to donate a little extra.)

I might do it in secret city, but I'm afraid it might not get quite the attention it deserves if it isn't in a larger city like bird city or member city.
