[The Villa Strangiato]

It all began with a stupid rock in space. 
Floating, relaxing, just simply floating in some corner of space.
This wasn't any normal, stupid, space rock. NASA was spending day and night tracking every movement of this floating ball of rock. Then, on July 17th, 2016, NASA noted its first movements. It began to start moving towards Earth. It came faster in faster, and by September 19th, It reached the Milky Way Galaxy. NASA could do nothing but watch.
By December 29th, The rock, deemed "Crystalite" for the small crystals growing outside it, reached The United States of America, landing in the state of Minnesota and into the small, unknown town of Greenhirst.
Of course, not wanting to waste the oportunity of the rock, The President and NASA hired and funded the Private Military Company "BulletPoint" To do the dirty work for them, and to not call attention to the United States Army, stereotyping the government as a typical "Men in Black Suits" government.
BulletPoint's main Field Commander, Brian Vincent, was given military leftovers and cash, and was ordered to simply spy on the townsfolk. Nothing else. Blend in with the Townsfolk if needed. The President would relay orders directly to the Field Commander.This is where the crazy part comes in.

After some local townsfolk came into contact with the meteorite, their molecular stru.cture changed. They recieved strange gems on some spot on their bo.dies, and these gems could do almost anything. They could transform the user into an animal, summon a structure at will.

With these so called "Powers" BulletPoint operatives have filed reports of small, almost crystalike creatures coming from the crash site, of varying sizes. These creatures have made no intention to harm the townsfolk or the operatives. These creatures, according to one operative, have manly resided in the many caves and mountains of the region.

BulletPoint has recieved no further orders, except to keep an eye on these "Gemlites", what the operators have termed these people with gem powers.

[LOCATIONS]

Town Square: This is the "Hub" of the town of . There are shops lined up almost everywhere, ready to serve willing customers.

Cove: The Cove is the beach of Greenhirst. There is a marina here, and it is sandwiched by two mountains.

The Mountains of Steel: The Mountains of Steel are a moutain range that contain many caves, one notably by the Cove, called "Cove Cave". The mountains are tough to climb, earning their nickname.

"The Burbs"; The "Burbs" are the suburbs of the main city of . They are quiet, and space can be found here to relax from the husle and bustle of the city. A pond called "Whistler's Pond" is found on the outskirts of The Burbs.

The Inter.ior: The Interior is the nickname given to commuters who use the main subway and "Loop" train lines. High Rise condos are often here, as well as coporation and office buildings. Traffic is almost literally a constant here.

[BULLETPOINT]
Bulletpoint is a Private Military Company founded in Brussels, Belgium, by Gijsbert Josephus, a wealthy stock broker. After recieving almost little to no attention, and a lack of funding, the company went bankrupt. It was eventually bought by its future Field Commander, Brian Vincent.

Vincent was contacted by the United States Government to perform reconnisance missions in the town of Greenhirst, after a meteorite hit the town. Brian agreed, and the company was given almost massive funds to purchase weaponry, equipment, uniforms, and vehicles.
If you're a citizen, you're in luck: They aren't going to take interest in you.
If you're a Gemlite, you have bad news. They will be trying to record your every move. It is often best to try and not use your powers in public, as there are operatives bound to be recording your feat.
The best way to 'lose' an operative is to try and act like the average citizen.

The standard rifle of the PMC is the Fabrique Nationale Herstal SCAR rifle, for its simplicity and customizability. Operators are allowed to bring their own firearms.

appearance Gail is a broad-shouldered, tall young man with a lean, muscular build and tanned appearance. The male is about six feet, four inches tall, or at least around that. He weighs in at one hundred and sixty pounds, which is what the average weight is considered to be. Made up of mostly upper body strength, Gail has a sort of mismatched build. Little muscle lining his thin legs, but more than a bit developed when it comes to his chest, shoulders, and arms. His skin is an even olive pigment, with the occasional structure dotting the landscape. The features of this man would be considered chiseled; clean-cut like something out of a marble black. With deep-set eyes, sharp eyebrows, a thin, refined nose, and plush lips, one could consider Gail something of an attractive blunder. His wispy hair is cut unevenly, with strands falling over his eyebrows, and even his eyes at some points. It's not too long of a 'do, as it ends right about his name. For it's style, the man allows his hair to fall limp, with no additional help from him. As for colors, his hair is a thick, rich black (dark brown in technical terms). Like the stone itself, his hair reflects the glossy gem's appearance. Likewise, his eyes are also dark -- so deep and soulful that it's hard to make out a pupil within. There's a small, dark bump beneath his left eye that would be technically categorized as a mole. As for clothing, Gail tends to wear all-black, no matter the current temperature. Jackets and long-sleeved shirts are his favorites, though he's occasionally trade his attire out for a hoodie and t-shirt. He wears modest black pants - jeans mostly, sometimes other styles. Oh, and another thing; Gail never leaves his house without a pair of sunglasses. These dark shades cover his eyes rather effectively, making it impossible to peer into the depths.

weaknesses For one, Gail is actually blind. It's really hard to tell however, given the fact the rest of his senses are boosted. Two, his glass abilities are susceptible to melting by fire.
biography Before becoming a gemlite, there was nothing truly extraordinary about Gail. He grew up in a middle-class suburbia, born to two parents with stable jobs and fair incomes. His father was a Software Engineer, whilst his mother was a musician. Of course, while his father's salary made up most of the incoming money, his mother pulled her weight as well. She wasn't a big persona, or anything, but she was dedicated to her work. Gail sped through high school as most do, earning straight b's. Upon graduating, he decided not to embark on the traditional path of college, and instead choose to get an associate's degree in photography. Only after he attained that did the man pursue his bachelor's degree at a local university. Before becoming a gemlite, Gail was in his third year of university. He had a part-time job at a nearby spa as a receptionist, and took free-lance photos for the local magazine in his free time.

She also has red fingerless leather gloves on both hands.

Powers: She can conjure any vehicle around her body, though she does have a limit as to what she can conjure: a Cessna 132 for aircraft, a small speedboat for watercraft, and a Scania T730 8x4*4 Topline (tractor cab only) for land vehicles.
Weaknesses: Larger vehicles drain energy from her, so when she turns back to her person from vehicles like the Scania and Cessna, she is usually weak and light headed.
Bio: Rachael is one of those people that like to keep to herself. She doesn't lead a very social life and usually stays away from people that she deems "weird". She is fairly well off, owning a large-ish house in a fairly wealthy neighborhood and having a well paid job. In her spare time she likes to go Rallying along the mountain roads in her white 250hp RWD road-rally spec 1980 Chrysler Talbot Sunbeam. She cherishes this car dearly, never leaving it on view in her driveway, always keeping it locked in her garage. She can be seen working on the car almost everyday, constantly tuning it to find the best setup to suit her driving style.

Here it is then:

Before Rachael received the gem and was given her powers, she was your average teenage girl, well not the fashion part. She was pretty laid back, having a optimistic outlook on her life with set ideas for what she wanted to do when she left school. At 18, she learnt to drive a car and started in a rally school, learning the ins and outs of the sport. At 20, she bought her first car, the Talbot Sunbeam, and regularly raced it at a local dirt track. Just recently, she received the gem from when the meteor stroke, giving her the powers she has now.
