If anyone here has done A levels, please help me. How do I survive them? Dear god the stress is killing me. I should have stayed in school instead of doing that stupid fucking online homeschooling thing and I should have signed up for Cambridge and I shouldn't have wasted the first couple months of the year and I messed up my time management and now it's on Tuesday and I'm going insane.

I'm not familiar with that exam, but whatever happens, you'll probably still be alive, and you'll be able to move on from it. You don't have to get 100% to pass it; you'll do fine.

I assume A levels are the same as any other end of school exams. Yes, they’re designed to be hard but the world won’t end if you don’t get the mark you want. There’s always a path to what you want, even if the door you think you need has been blocked. School exams are a stressful time for everyone and yes they’re important for that initial university search, they’re never important again.
Concentrate on what you know. Don’t cram information into your head. Trust me it won’t go in and it will ruin you on the day. Just study at a steady pace and rest when you need to. Everything you need to know is in a textbook, online, or in your head. You’ll surprise yourself by how much you can actually answer.
If you can bring in a cheat sheet make sure you write down what you don’t know. Make it comprehensive and don’t waste space. But keep it orderly and without too much clutter. If you keep it clean you won’t have to search too hard when something comes up.
It may seem like the one in to wherever you want to go (and initially it may well be) but that door is never closed forever. If you’re determined and focused enough on something you will get there eventually. Just do your best, that’s all anyone can do.
