Right now, there are two ways to get your idea accepted: One, you please Tim with an idea he likes (and probably would have done himself if he'd thought of it first ANYWAY)
Or two, you get twenty votes in favor of your idea.
Now, maybe that wasn't too outlandish back when this place had 30+ visitors every day. But with the state this forum has been in for the past months- hell, years- that's just not plausible anymore. No idea is going to get through with a biased system like that.
So, assuming we're still going to treat this like it's not totally dead, we should at least still have a somewhat functioning suggestion box.
I propose the number is lowered to five votes, because that's a much more fair expectation given how many people come here on a day to day basis.

I think, even though nobody's actually acknowledged it yet, that rule has unofficially been trashed. At this point it looks as though the number is completely meaningless and that things just get updated if most people agree on it. There's not even much to update, honestly, since we can make our own themes willy-nilly and I'd struggle to think of a plugin that is not completely unnecessary or that we would suffer without.
