I also tried RPN, twice.
I got stalked and harassed and way too many romance RP requests. Hilariously, I ran into someone I instantly recognized whom I don't think recognized me. I remember one guy being decent, had a few good Mass Effect chats with 'im.
But yeah, for the most part RPN was a shit-show. And way too goddamn many school RPs of every possible shape and form.

Eh, it does have a good acronym but I honestly don’t need another RP site anymore. Between here (however little that is), D&D with friends, writing, and the stuff I do for uni I don’t need anything else.

I just checked on RPG's websites and I honestly have no idea where I'd post my own RPs. I enjoy extremely long OPs with complex plots and lots of worldbuilding and lore, but for each character no more than a paragraph would be written per post and often just a single sentence if it's a conversation scene.

I just scrolled over to see where and I was like "Yeah, it'd be awkward, but I'm sure I can find where everything goes." And then I see 1x1 and I was ashamed to say that I found where roughly 95% of all the RPs I've ever written go. |
