I still think many things of you. I don't think I can accurately describe what the main things I thought of you were at the time I said that, but I can give a few things that I have thought about you for (pretty much) as long as I've known you: 1. Incredibly smart. Brilliant. 2. Really cool with geometrical and mathy stuff 3. Very good writer. However: you write some very big paragraphs sometimes. 4. Magician at chess. Really. Did you sell your soul to the chess devil for those powers, or what? 5. Creative and fascinating. 6. Holds grudges for all eternity 7. Serious person who is surprisingly very good at being funny. 8. Not nearly as big of an ego as people joke about, but still big enough to joke about it anyway. 9. Fun to draw. Nine is a pretty nice number, so I'll stop there. You've made me want you to tell me what you generally think of me now. |

Pruz is creepy. Why the fuck is/was he so creepily obsessed with you? I noticed him? Probably not. It seems like a joke account made by someone who may or may not even know me. Thank you! I work really hard at being not stupid, or at the very least far enough from stupid to not be beaten, so this is actually a really nice thing to have said about me. I quite like it. I just took my Singapore 'O'-level examinations, so by the end of January (when I get my results back) I'll be able to determine whether this is objectively true or if I just give off that impression. Sorry about that. My writing style is very inspired by the writing styles of the writers that I read, and I read a lot of older books. Older books tend to have longer sentences and paragraphs, which is why I have longer sentences and paragraphs. You'll notice periods of me having longer and shorter paragraphs than average; this is very likely connected to the book that I am reading while doing that writing. I do not remember learning to play chess. My parents and grandparents say that I was taught at the age of five, so for me learning to play chess was very similar to how most people learn to read or add numbers: It happened before my working memory started and I don't remember actually learning it, it's just a skill that I've "always" had. Maybe that contributes to it somewhat? I also practice a lot against people better than me and against hard-to-beat computers, so that means that I'm (hopefully) getting better all the time. Being creative is both hard and not hard. It's something that everyone can do naturally from a young age, but staying creative is really damn hard. It also helps that I read a lot, I guess. Being fascinating requires a lot of reading so that I have knowledge and skills I can use to fascinate, and takes constant maintenance. If I may ask, what specifically about me fascinates? I'm imagining it's the various things I have a cursory knowledge of just because that's what fascinates me, but I just remembered that theory of mind is a thing, so you may be fascinated by something else about me. Only when people actually deserve it. I've tried to reconcile with people that I held grudges against, but that doesn't always work out. Do you remember times that I interacted with SwedishLemon and Soardlo that weren't me yelling at them? That's what that was. I find that serious people are the best at being funny, and funny people are the best at being serious. If someone is normally extremely serious, then when they crack a funny joke it will be extremely funny because of how unexpected it is. Likewise, if someone is normally joking around and silly, then when something makes them serious and sombre, it effects everyone else as well. I don't mind jokes about my ego as long as they're actually funny. If they're stupid or repetitive, then I'll be upset. Not upset that they're mocking me, but I'll be upset that people are telling unfunny jokes. If someone insults me and it's funny I'll laugh with everyone else. Also, the large string of compliments earlier really didn't do much to deflate my ego. You have to see that. And you're not the only person who thinks highly of me here; when my ego was at it's highest there were people basically congratulating every single post that I made. You can thank some guy in the 1880s for inventing the lounge suit for that. It's a square of a prime. |

Pretty much sums up my feelings towards Tim with maybe a few extra points here and there. Except I wouldn’t know about drawing, don’t really have your skill in that department. Also haven’t played him chess yet, the plugin doesn’t work on iOS. May use my laptop for it when I get back from holiday (that I’m not on yet) in late Jan. |
