"You'll need confirmation of Mr. Cross's demise." the voice in your ear responds. "If it works, the kitchen staff will likely be the first to hear."

"The first would be to witness the death firsthand, though getting to the penthouse may prove difficult, moreso with a time constraint. The other would be to overhear a conversation regarding the incident; Be it from kitchen staff, Cross's staff, or possibly witnessed in the Himmapan's security office."

Waiting out the time in your room, you head back to the dining area after a little under two hours later and find it much emptier than before; Then again, it was right between lunch and dinner hours, so that would only make sense. Taking a glance into the kitchen through the available window, you find it almost empty save for two chefs leaning against the back counters, appearing to be locked in conversation though the distance was too great to make any words out.

Inching into the kitchen until your camera-pin is able to pick up the audio, your Guardian begins quickly translating their rather mundane conversation. Then, one of them apparently asks about another employee, to which his partner replies that authorities had taken them away.
"Sounds like confirmation to me." your Guardian says. After a short series of click, you hear a hum of confirmation as she continued. "Mr. Cross was pronounced dead by food poisoning approximately fifty three minutes ago. Good job Agent; Get out of there."
