1)Storyline(1
Millenia ago, when mankind was still in it's infancy, the various races of the fae lived among humanity. Humanity, in fact, was once a species of fairy, before it turned to technology instead of magic to provide sustenance for itself.
As humanity began to leave the fairies to build towns and cities, a power vacuum arose among the fairy races, and eventually the infighting resulted in two courts emerging - Seelie and Unseelie.
In the beginning, they were both still in contact with humanity. Neither of the courts truly appreciated humanity, but Seelie fae were more tolerable towards humans. Sure, the Seelie court was somewhat cruel and malicious, and oftentimes some of it's members would slaughter humans out of sheer boredom, but they were nowhere near as malicious as the Unseelie fae.
Eventually, though, humans advanced significantly enough in their technology to pose a threat to both courts of fairy, and so they slowly stopped contacting humans until, some time seven thousand years ago, not a human alive had actually met a fairy.
They continued to live on in myths and legends, though, and occasionally once every few hundred years or so a Pixie or a Sprite may come along to help some human with something. These encounters are often deemed to be simply the tales told by drunken sailors or people seeking attention, and as such fairies managed to remain hidden.
However, thousands of years of constant warfare is beginning to come to a conclusion. In one last ditch effort to save the war for themselves, the Seelie fae decided to reveal themselves to humanity. Although the humans and Seelie fae haven't generally gotten along well in the past, the Seelie have made this contact in the hopes that humanity will serve it's own best interests and defeat the unseelie court.
2)Fairy Mythology(2
Through history, fairies, or fae, have been recognized in many forms. Pixies, sprites, gnomes and so on. These fairies have never been seen other than the paintings which show our thoughts as humans on what fae look like. The reason being they, until the war, would never show themselves.
They would destroy, in hiding. Fairies performed disasters in ways that would seem natural. People dying of causes such as illness, which were really the cause of the fae.
For ages, they remained in hiding, existing in the fantasy universes of stories and such things. They were the very dreams of children, but they failed to see both the good and bad. However, children often grew up and came to an acceptance, there were no fae, only angels and demons. They still remained as possibilities to some though. They would become religious creatures to embody angels and demons on Earth.
3)Races(3
Sylphs: Elemental faries whom live in the air. They are one of the four elemental races of fairy, being within and somewhat controlling the air. They are connected with breathing, wind, and other things of the sort.
Gnomes: Hard minded beings who often live underground or in earthy places such as caves or mines. They move through earth as easily as a human would air. They are generally reluctant towards human interaction, and often would prefer to bring them bad things if they were to interact.
Undines: Rather feminine beings who spend most of their time in the water. They are said to be beautiful and have delightful singing voices. These beings do not have a soul, and their only hope is marrige with a human, which is quite hard during the time in which fae were not yet revealed to the world.
Pixies: Small, mischevious fairies who are a bit childish in their views on life. Supposedly, they are what becomes of a young child dying, a "trickster" with an elf like appearance (pointy eared, light coloured outfits, etc.) They are rather whimsical and enjoy dancing, helping people, and yet pulling pranks.
Nymphs: Exceptionally beautiful feminine creatues who reside throughout nature. They often serve as servants, or something of the sort, to other mythological beings. They would also be targetted by other beings seeking "pleasure".
Sprites: Small yet visible creatures who can be confused with either exotic plants or insects at first. Much like Pixies, they have childishly playful and obnoxous personalities, and have quite short attention spans. They do not like boring, however too much of a challenge will likely frustrate them and cause them to leave to the next interesting thing they see.

3) Break ROBLOX rules at your own risk.
4) If we forgot to mention a species of fairy, please do mention it. If it's common enough, you won't even need to provide a description for those of us too lazy to do research. However, no making stuff up, I emplore you.
