I do not like people who walk into a room you are already doing things in and start playing loud music
Especially when the thing you're doing is a very long and tedious process of placing each note in a place that sounds good in relation to all single notes surrounding it in order to make one good sound; many of which work together to become one good song - a process that can be frustrating because of how many times you need to identify and somehow fix bad notes - that requires a lot of concentration, and, oh, i dunno... quiet?
what's even worse is when you ask them nicely to not play it and they refuse
"You have headphones"
as if that magically means I'm deaf to all sounds that aren't coming from my dying computer
so then you just have to stop what you're doing because it is impossible to do it anymore, or at least do it well and accurately.
like i don't care if you're going to "kill people" if you don't listen to music if it's really that bad, you can use some headphones yourself. like a considerate person.
but, yknow i can't actually say that
so instead I'm just typing, because my work was interrupted and i am incredibly salty because of that

Quite frankly if someone did that to me the device on which they play music would be broken.

I would be figuratively killed every minute of every day by everyone around me as they stared at me, ashamed of what I'd done, and yelling at me for ever thinking of doing it. The temporary quiet is not worth the chaos that would follow.

Obviously I'd ask them to use headphones first, and then request that they play the music elsewhere, but I am not opposed to force as a means to an end (or an end unto itself).

I have no shame. If someone did that I would proudly destroy their device. I'm not afraid of shame. Just people. And, you know, breaking a phone that would cost a lot of money to fix or replace in a house where the man who makes the money has no idea how to handle it. But that ties in with the first one.

Why should you care? It's not your "phone", it's someone else's "phone", and they deserve it for being inconsiderate. If I was doing what they were doing not only would I have my "phone" destroyed but I'd likely also be beaten (not by parents or authority figures but by whoever I was bothering). Quite frankly what I recommended was the easiest answer. Or, if you're not a fan of breaking stuff, just confiscate their "phone", turn off the music and offer to give it back when they apologize.

Nobody deserves to have their things broken, especially not phones Phones are expensive, and exceptionally useful. Breaking them is cuntish, and an incredible waste of money
