What's worse is that this fic is apparently a sequel to another one, so this story goes ON.

Do you think if the author gets married and has a child, that they'll pass on the duty of writing this fanfic to said child? Do you think this fan fiction will go on for generations?

What's worse is that this fic is apparently a sequel to another one, so this story goes ON. Also that doesn't count towards the total wordcount of the story. If it did then the entire The Wheel of Time series would beat this by 400,000 words.

I sincerely hope so. Now that'd be a hell of a family legacy. And if they could squeeze in 5 million more words, they could over take the Guinness World Record's longest novel contender.

Who has the Guinness World Record? Some French novel called "Remembrance of Things Past", which sits at around 9,609,000 characters (which for some reason includes spaces?)

Meh, schemantics. Point is, I'm surprised this fic isn't getting any kind of record of its own.

It's not because I'm going to eventually surpass it, obviously.

I don't really mind people writing fanfics, it is writing practice after all. I'll still rip shitty pieces of writing to shreds because I'm sick of the fourteenth fanfic involving some beautiful OC who all the canon character love without question.

Now you're just going to make it awkward for the both of us for pressing this technicality that I knew I should have put more thought into.
