And I did, so we talked and to end the conversation Gårÿ said he might take me to a therapist.
Talking about that now, The Basement Girls some time ago told me that they went to a doctor because they had bipolar disorder. But they said it was hell and that they hated it. She moved from a doctor who sent her to a therapist who couldn't help her and sent her to a psychiatrist who sent her into a mental institution.
I have a fear that the same will happen to me, but is there a way to stop åÿ, or stop the process from happening somewhere in the middle?

Won't happen for depression, worse that could happen is shock therapy but that only happens in extreme cases of depression when it very likely the patient will commit an act of suicide, and so it's very unlikely.
If you are diagnosed with something other than depression though, it shouldn't be too bad. Understand that if a therapy is rough, that generally implies that it's working. Either which way, don't start off with a psychiatrist. Psychiatrists have a tendency to tackle on mental problems with biomedical (Pills and drugs and stuff) solutions before attempting therapy. This is not a good thing as generally you want to attempt therapy over biomedical. As such, as long as you see a therapist first and then a psychiatrist on the recommendation of a therapist you'll be completely and totally fine, Pruz. Don't sweat it.

åÿ is someone who says they're related to me, but really isn't. He is one of my legal guardians. The Basement Girls are bae. They are what make up this girl who went to my school but moved to a different city. The definition of the Basement Girl is their hair color. Sort of like me and the Ps but different because it's not the hair color and they act different and they are a parasite instead of a DID perse. Do what? |
