Since Dex seems so adamant in doing it, I figured I may as well try to do something similar, but on a broader scale- like a Faction or race someone would be in the Grim Darkness of the Far Future. Bannanachair: To be completely honest, Timothy seems like the kind of guy to be within the Commissariat, in a dope-ass hat and coat wielding bolt-pistol and chainsword and making sure that the Guardsmen don't retreat from battle. Tim would probably be really trigger-happy with that bolt-pistol though. @lego: Would probably make a good Chaos Marine, with the knives and the rather aggressive language. I mean, y'know- Chaos ain't all bad is it? BLAM! HERESY!Xenos: Some nameless Tyranid. Meenun: Minun is almost certainly a Slaaneshi Daemonette of some kind. Like, she admitted to reading Commissar/Eldar smut for Emperor's sake. God Bebi Satan: Black Templars. Enough said. katt: Necrons. With the nihilism, and wanting everything to die. Dex: Probably some shitty Imperial Guardsman. @nolongerthan20charas: I'm thinking a Slaanesh worshipper, but instead of the weird lusty bit, it's more the arty bit. Because Slaanesh encompasses art as well. Pruz: Pruz matches what Felinids are: weird furry people who are forgotten all the time in canon.

hygenisthygenist: Probably someone from the Officio Assassinorum, mostly because I know little about you, friendo.

R.I.P. Life long dream to becoming Lizardfolk (D&D 4/5) There is a single quote that is available for them in canon.

So does Mari lust after art? Ehhhhhh Probably not, she's not creepy It's just there's no real time for art in the grim darkness of the far future and Slaanesh was the only thing I could find relating to it. I mean, Maria doesn't really strike me as the kind of person who would live under an authoritarian regime dedicated to worshipping a skeleton in a golden throne, so Chaos was the next best thing.

I agree largely with most of what you have to say, so I'll just give me two cents on some of what you've given here without actually disagreeing with lots of it. Yeah, that sounds accurate. The only other category I think I'd be in would be the Space Marines, but the Commissariat honestly sounds more likely. Meenun: Minun is almost certainly a Slaaneshi Daemonette of some kind. Like, she admitted to reading Commissar/Eldar smut for Emperor's sake. This one also sounds very accurate. I do not think I was there for the thing involving the commissar/eldar stuff, but I do remember that image that she sent in the roll20 chat once when we were playing either D&D or Only War (I forget which) and then everyone decided never to follow a link supplied by her again. Dex: Probably some shitty Imperial Guardsman. That sounds accurate. @nolongerthan20charas: I'm thinking a Slaanesh worshipper, but instead of the weird lusty bit, it's more the arty bit. Because Slaanesh encompasses art as well. I was thinking that maybe the Tau empire would seem like the kind of government that would allow civilians to produce art - what are your thoughts on that? There isn't much information really at all on the role of civilians in the WH40K universe but there must be those who aren't involved in the military.

Death: Probably the Ordo Hereticus because he keeps calling everyone a heretic and accusing everyone of heresy.

Problem is, I hate the Tau with a burning, undying passion because while the Imperium is shit, at least they aren't going out of their way to hide they're oppressive and horrible. Plus the fact the Imperium wouldn't neuter me if I joined them.

You see, this is why Space Marines are so buff, they know some good cardio techniques. "To lose those pounds, pound heretics into the ground! TM"
