Zero because:
-Not interested in / Don't want to reproduce
-Childbirth is painful and expensive
-Taking care of a kid is expensive and exhauating
-There are millions of ways to mess up your child, and I have no good role model to base it off of
-Temporarily hanging out with a kid is much better than living with one.
-There are better things to do with my life that I actually want to do, and kids would likely get in my way

Even if I were to have children I wouldn't go the childbirth route, obviously; I'd much rather go the grown-in-a-test-tube route that science fiction so often employs.

So clearly the vast majority of us don't want kids at the moment. Let us proceed to see what will happen as the majority of us, in ten to fifteen years, take a mortgage on our homes in suburbia with our families of an average of 2.3 kids and drive our cars into the city to work in the office every day. Meanwhile I will live in my mother's basement until she dies and I inherit the property and I will die a virgin.

Probably one kids are cool and I like the idea passing on my existence and shit. Plus a faggot who will go to my funeral as long I don't abuse them or rape them, proof I actually got laid and someone who will always remember me even after my death.

They say you die twice when you go into a grave and when people stop saying your name, your kids tend to remember your existence.

I had a dog but she passed away so I'm going to be getting a new puppy. It's okay, though, my favourite breed of dog is weirdly friendly with all animals including cats and is more likely to try herding them than to try to eat them.

i'm not too bothered about having kids due to the fact that i do allot of baby sitting (which is rather draining to be honest) and having to look after one 24/7 just doesn't appeal to me. it's likely that in the future i'll change my mind though.
