It'll be a multiplayer effort, with everyone who "rules" a country is participating, and countries that aren't claimed will be monitored by me. You will still control your country's actions after (a. Your leader dies. b. There's an election. c. A different party controls the country.) In fact, you have a hand in who wins the election, which party dominates the country, and the death of your leader.
