Agent Silence is willing to lend for one mission any item I own and am not currently using on a contract for 20% of its Emporium cost. Additionally, if there is an item another agent wants to use but doesn't have enough money for, but one which I intend to get, I'll buy it and loan it to them at no additional charge for a minimum 30% of Emporium cost incurred by the agent the item is to be loaned to.
