As my first act in power over this fair city I have decided to lower the price of houses in Bird City from the astronomical 2,000 posts. You may all thank me later.

Cyberbank Inc. will be buying 90% of all houses available for the aforementioned 1 post, and the remaining houses will be bought by our subsidiary company, Peregrine Property Development.

That is perfectly acceptable. We have already placed our order, so no more houses may be sold once the deal is finalized. Until, of course, PPD opens up with a new refurbished housing market, complete with SmartHome(c) and BetterLife(c) technologies installed, as well as modern decor and clean up of all those feathers.
And some properties will be refurbished into Cyberbank Inc. buildings of various purposes.

There is plenty of room for all in this fair and industrious city. Now two posts you say? That will buy you a cozy shack on the West side overlooking the pig pen of Mother Hen's Farm. A beautiful location and a beautiful living area for a mere two posts.
As for Cyberbank Inc. We will be more than happy to accommodate your large industry unfortunately we can not hand over 90% of it to just one cooperation. We can perhaps come to an understanding beforehand.

Can I make a homeless shelter in town's square? It'll be absolutely brilliant to look at and it will only be a very very decorated door that is actually a small inter-dimensional rip used to connect the real shelter? I'll give you three posts!

I'm sure it will be adoorable but we are currently erecting a large duck sized fountain in the town hall which may put your door building back a bit. However, I will offer you a nice space in one of our luscious parks quite near the town hall for just 5 posts.

Just a quick note - Bird City is still owned by Pick. Five hundred of the two thousand post cost of housing here goes to you Duck due to the taxes on Duck Boulevard, but all the rest (the 500 post tax to Pick and the 1000 post tax to me) will have to be subsidized by yourself.

Besides all the posts I send out of the city seem to mysteriously disappear, it's much safer for everyone if they stay with me.

Hmmmmm,
House Prices Rise.... For just one person. One lucky person can buy a house of any size for free as long as they are willing to pay taxes for every house brought. What? You want me to do it. No, my money is going towards schools and libraries and the military. But you, Lucky person number #1 will get this once in a lifetime opportunity to pay off everyone's taxes in Bird City. God bless you sir.
And to keep things fair I'm going to let the people decide who that lucky person is because I'm just that nice.
