In the absence of our queen I deem that no one is better suited to the Bird Throne than I, Emperor Duck the Fourteenth. These lands will be ours now. This is a dawn of a new age, the age of the Ducks as we finally take our rightful position in the bird hierarchy. Of course if she were to return this never happened.

I'm not a citizen of Bird City, but I mean, I'd vote for you as Supreme Bird Overload in the absence of the great Queen.
