It's a sentence written in a relatively unknown European language with less than 500,000 native speakers alive today. Without google searching it, post here or PM me your guesses as to the meaning of the sentence.

Hmm. Brea seems like a name, but I don't think think that would be used in this context. "bûter en griene" I really have no idea about. "tsiis is goed Ingelsk" seems like "This is good english" but, again, I doubt it. "en goed Frysk" has "goed" again, but without context I can't think of the meaning of the word. "Frysk" reminds me of "French", but once again, I seriously doubt it. "en" I think is a conjunction, but other than that I have no idea.

Conjunctions in many languages tend to be short, and "goed Ingelsk" and "goed Frysk" seem to be connected.
