Even Prec, who, for a time, had 60% moderation, agrees that the moderation staff here is good!

removing the shout box is shitty
im 100% sure you can restrict certain groups from the shoutbox.
what does this mean?
make two new groups: bannanachair citizen and the exiled. bannachair citizens are members and the exield are foridden from visiting certain boards and the shitbox
