Once Upon a Typewriter
It was another day at the office. The sun was shining, the city was busy, and you were in here, doing a 9 to 5 shift making 8 bucks an hour. It was a living. A cup of coffee in your hand, you opened a door, and you closed a door.
And suddenly, you were in a different office. What? You turn around. The door is gone.
You twirl around. Other people, there, too. Just as confused as you were. Where did your coffee go?
Where did you go?
Before any of you can form any coherant thoughts, something is head. Something not heard in any offices for quite a long time. A typewriter. In one of the rooms. The keys unmoving, it types out a single sentence.
One of you is a liar.

overview
Welcome to Once Upon a Typewriter. Trapped in an office with no exit, you and at least six other people will have to figure out who this liar is. I will send one of you a private message, telling you that you are the liar. Things will escalate, and quickly. In this pyschological tragedy, you will have to survive. No one can be trusted. Figure out who the liar is, and choose to listen to or ignore the messages that will arrive through the mysterious typewriter.
There will be a lot of private messaging, you probably won't know much of what is going on. Don't worry, once it's all over, I'll do a recap of everything that's happened.

office layout
There are two main sections of the office, connected by a small space with two doors on either side. In the North Sector, there is a large center hallway with a printer, a large table, a project, and other things to basically hold meetings. There are three hallways in this sector, but none of them touch the north or south wall of the North Sector. On the left hallway, there are three offices, on the right hallway, another three offices. They are all seperate rooms, all of them facing away from the center room.
On the Southern Sector, it's much more closed in. Imagine a giant H symbol. That is the pattern the hallways are in. There are two offices opposite of eachother on the center part of the H. On the northern part of the Southern sector, the room on the top of the H, is a lounging room with comfortable chairs, a coffee machine, and a TV, but it doesn't work. You must pass through this room to get to the rest of the offices. If you pass through the Lounge, open the door that exits the Lounge, and enter through the one directly in front of you, you will enter the Type-Writer room. Unlock all of the other rooms, there are no furnishings, besides a single wooden table, and a single wooden chair. There, the Type-Writer sits with it's ominous message. Then, on the outside of the H's two side-lines, there again, are three rooms on either side, facing inwards towards the center of the H.
Here is a crude rendition. Not to scale, whipped up in a minute on MS paint. Should only be used for getting a basic grasp of the shape of the office.

rules
Going to private message someone? FOLLOW THESE RULES: You must, In Character, get them someplace secluded. Then, send a group message to the person, and ME, aswell. I have to know what's going on every, at all times, if I'm to deliver the most spookiest and best overall best experience.
Die? Don't post anymore.
Not even OOC.
No.
Do not.
Don't even think about doing it.
Don't even think about NOT doing it.
Combat? Well, combat will only be used as a serious decider in only a few cirumstances I can think of. Usually you'll be dead for other reasons, not a fisticuffs battle. But if there is, it will be up to a dice-roll and circumstance.
Don't be mad if you die. You'll probably be able to try again, if people are still interested.
Going somewhere? If it's important, I'll send you a message of what you find.
Even if you are NOT the Liar, be on the lookout for any messages I give you that may contain some special supernatural gift. Maybe. I dunno. I haven't decided yet. Hell, maybe the Liar won't have supernatural abilities. Who the fuck knows? Someone knows. Someone always knows.
Pro-tip: Be sneaky. Form alliances of people you can trust.
Pro-tip: There is evidence and a reason behind every state-ment. Keep that in mind.

one more thing
I have no idea what I'm doing.
this might not even work
Let's find out!
