Hit reply (Right side of 'Quick Reply')rather than using the 'Quick Reply' box. You should see it rather easily from there. (If not, upper right again. Add Attachment, or you can look at the box icons above, seventh or sixth from the right I believe, there will be a 'Insert Image' button.)
