If you enjoy reading my critiques of grammarless noobs, then I highly recommend that you read my most recent masterpiece - a five paragraph long essay on a single sentence that someone else posted, which can be found on this thread. If you do not like it when I overzealously correct people's grammar via the internet, please fucking kill yourself.

Eik got a 3-day ban for correcting that person's grammar. I added some death threats to emphasize how serious I was about this matter, but apparently the mods didn't find it acceptable for me to threaten to kill her over something so trivial. What the mods seem not to recognize is that if I actually intended to kill her, I would not have notified her in advance.

The whole thing was unnecessary. You could have simply pointed out where she had erred grammatically in a sentence or two. You could also have done it without sounding like an absolute prick and establishing death threats.

Well I mean, we all know the mods are abysmal.

"Who here likes it when I correct grammar overzealously?"
I don't know what it is but this question doesn't seem quite right to me. I think this is what we call a syntax error but I don't know, because despite the fact I passed English quite well, I don't really think it matters on a kids site and is hardly worth my time looking into. You see the problem with this sentence is the beginning ("Who here"), as you can see it is an incredibly jarring way to begin a sentence. Yeah, many may disagree with me on this but I just don't like that beginning. Wouldn't the question sound better if it was prefixed with "Does anyone" or "Do you"? Of course that means we have to restructure the sentence so it looks like this "Does anyone like it when I flame people who make simple grammar mistakes?" or "Do you think I was harsh enough?" By slightly altering the question in these ways you give your audience a much better understanding of your point and your able to introduce it in a much less jarring way. In reality it hardly matters, everyone understood what that person meant and everyone knows what the question here means. It's hardly worth wasting time over (The irony is not lost on me).
Note: Tim, don't get offended by this. It's all in good fun.

If tim bcms nerdish nerd, we take him (or whoever might end up taking over for him and bcming nerdish nerd) out of power and create a more perfect union, or something. It's in the Declaration of Independence, I think.

I haven't changed in the slightest since making Bannanachair. It's just that now that I'm in a position of authority I'm forced to make decisions that do not sit well with the masses.

Just be glad the people here don't stalk you for said decisions. Nothing funner than having a stalker follow you everywhere to yell about your choices.

I like this place a lot better. Much easier to find RPs, OoC is confined to one area, and hell, we even have a little RPing in the damned OoC. I hope this lasts. Lots of stuff here is a lot better than RPF.

I was actually going for funnier, but I missed the 'i'. It's hilarious the things stalkers complain about.
