Wifi made an account and said it casually. Tim banned him for past crimes. And I think there was the incident where birm's squireship was revoked. But aside from those two, I think all other times it's been said just to annoy tim.
And censoring could certainly work.

In private places, including the internet, such as forums like this, first amendment rights mean jack. I could start a religion and spread it through all the social media sites, and it would be the rights of those sites, if they wanted, to ban me and everyone who ever mentioned that religion. But the government itself can't make any laws prohibiting people from worshiping the religion I make. |

I have nothing wrong with mentioning where I live, so long as you do not mention that I live there. There's a difference between acknowledging, as an example, the state of Texas and saying that a member of this forum lives in Texas. The context of where Bebi said my location implied that he was specifically telling people where I lived.
