D&D fans try this game

Neverwinter Nights 2 is a Medieval fantasy made by Wizards of the Coasts who also made D&D.

Reasons to buy it:
1. It costs six bucks which is quite cheap
2. 30+ hours of  game time on the main story alone
3. mutilplayer mode up to five of your friends
4. 60 classes and 24 Races with the expansions
5. 40 Classes and 15 Races without the expansions
6. The expansions are free
7. You can make your own quests in game
8. Uses the 3.5 D&D rulebook
9. 15 characters to play as without expansions and just in the main story
10. Story is well writen
11. Four Expansions, my personal favorite is Storms of the Coast, I make six characters and storms has permadeath which is epic.
12. I said so.

It's pretty much D&D in video game form...

NWN1 is better.

NWN1 is also the first video game I ever played.

True story.

Also expansions aren't free, not for NWN2, at least not that I know of without pirating them.

It also doesn't use D&D rulebook, it uses its own, though it is similar to D&D.

And you can make your own characters, you aren't limited to the pre-made ones. And a lot of other stuff in your list which is wrong.

NWN1 confused he hell out of me so I got bored pretty quickly
