Yes a portion of birm's troops would join you if he decides to join the holy war, it's either that or lose piety.
But no enclaves or resoucres

Crusaders gets a random group of troops to join you including some from Birm

Okay, cool. Yeah, let's get some crusaders in here, so we can bolster our numbers. Build a shrine to vammy in our new enclave, and name it Demon's Fell. The people shall be inspired!
Elsewhere, make bunches of factories and mines so we can get lots of resources and produce whatever units we need fast.
Send priests from Jelly land and Demon land over to Robot land, to assist the priest already there. We shall convert the robots to the true way of Vammyism!
Yeah, keep rebuilding our space stations, and shoot down the demons who tried to get up there to take them for themselves.
Upgrade our planes so they can go into high orbit(on the level with the space stations and satellites) and our navy so they can compete with other navies. Get armor for all troops so they can resist lots of damage. Queens birth Swarmers to make our army bigger.

Good, everything is going well. These crusaders will help immensely. I want the scientists to examine the shadow and demon for weaknesses that we can use against the ones who follow the evil Satan.
Excellent, we have the robots on our side, following Vammy then? Tell them that there is a holy war going on, and we require their help.
Continue work with the flying weapons platforms so birm can't send suicide attacks against our space stations or satellites anymore.
Continue orbital bombardment of the demons with our satellites. We want to kill their troops and make them pay for maintenance that comes from damages. Also, send a spy satellite over to locate their cloning facilities and demon swarmer queen, and if either are found, the bombardment satellites are to target them to destroy them completely.
Begin manufacturing of the drop pods we used last time, and improve their armor against lava and obsidian so they can survive many hits in case we aren't as lucky as we were last time. In fact, make it so all our troops have armor that can resist fire, lava, and obsidian. Gather some grape people who can tame elephants. Ask for grape volunteers(which means those who are patriotic for the Dominion and followers of Vammy) to become Swingers, Gargantuans, and Assassins for our war against the Satanists.
Continue upgrading airforce and navy, and build more airforce and navy units with our new factories. We should have enough resources for everything with our new mines.

Well, it takes time for you to get to my homeland, so I say I can do this one last action that I posted just now before you get here.
That is, if you're traveling by plane and boat and stuff. We dropped from space, that's why we got to engage immediately.

Alrighty, we're back in business. The demons are pretty much beaten, but not destroyed. Begin going through their tech, and destroy all traces of the Demon Swarmers. Those abominations are not fit to be on this planet. Have our spy satellites begin tracking the bats and search for birm's last enclaves, we should be able to find them soon enough.
Upgrade our weaponized satellites and space stations. I want to be able to make a precision strike anywhere, at anytime, and drop troops to conquer places anywhere, at any time. Start developing kinetic penetrator rods, for use in our satellites. They're basically a rod of heavy metal, like tungsten, inside a shell of a lighter metal, like aluminum or possibly iron, that make a huge impact that's like a huge explosive, but there are no explosives required. Also make more satellites and repair our space stations some more.
Begin building up our navy and air force again, and get the scientists working on making our swarmers immune to the gas they used. Send up our newest planes to shoot down birm's satellites, which are undefended. Upgrade all our armor with alloy materials, combining light metals with dense metals for a very tough but lightweight set of armor for Swarmers, Chargers, Swingers, Gargantuans, FGS's, tanks, navy ships, and planes.
Build factories and stuff on the former demon islands. Start incorporating obsidian into our armor as well, because obsidian is super sharp, so it will cut anyone that tries to engage our troops in melee combat, or that our troops engage in melee combat. Collect lava bombs and reverse engineer them so we can make our own, and start experimenting with them to make them more effective.
Upgrade all our laser weapons to siege-level. After a little charge up time, during which they act like regular lasers which we have now, they should be able to burn through walls and units like paper. Put lasers and stuff on our planes which fire very powerful bursts of laser energy, basically siege weapons bundled up into one laser cannon.
