Yeah, and I think I interrupted his self-destruct and gas stuff too, so no gas stuff of his. But I just have swarmers and stuff, stealthy swarmers, but I can send other forces too right?

Swarmers are sneaky and can fly, so both!
They're also dropping out of space in specialized atmospheric drop pods that I built on the space stations, so there's that.

I think you're the only one that actually solely follows Vammyism.
In the Commonwealth, they worship Satan, a Grapish God, and Vammy.
Then the Jellies worship some other God.
And the robots are antitheist.
And with that, you're not in all good of condition to attack the Commonwealth again. You just went through a battle.

Yes, convert the newly gained lands. Satanism must be stopped and the people of the world must view it as it truly is.
Bring our tanks and mechs back online. It should be easy enough, thanks to the EMP hardening that they were installed with. Do maintenance on the army, and start building a ton of planes for our airforce, and upgrade our navy and make new ships.

No, we can do without them, since we have the Jellies, maybe the Shadows, and the Grapes in the Demon lands joining us, and perhaps demons who reject the rule of Satanism to follow the true Vammy.(unless, like, the crusaders part is making those other people join me, then we want crusaders.)
Begin rebuilding our space stations, and conduct orbital bombardment of the followers of Satan with our weaponized satellites. Make flying weapons platforms so we can intercept any attacks sent against our satellites.
Using Red Dust, begin buying Chargers. Keep shoveling useless stuff like dirt and rocks into our Red Dust Machine(the one that makes Red Dust out of other stuff) so we have a steady income of it.
(vammy, if a holy war is called against a person who follows the religion, obviously they aren't going to join in a holy war against themselves, so could I just get a portion their people and stuff? Like, birm worships two religions, Vammyism and Satanism, so the ones who primarily worship Vammy would follow me, so I should get about 50% of birm's forces and enclaves and people.)
