He's just a corpse of an old man with multiple limbs stretching, nothing gross with that except for the exposed donger.

Is nobody going to argue the other side here? No, because there is no other side. Even if it does involve nudity, it's nudity used in the scientific and artistic aspects.

Is nobody going to argue the other side here? No, because there is no other side. Even if it does involve nudity, it's nudity used in the scientific and artistic aspects. You could define pornography as anything that arouses, and say that any nudity, be it for scientific purposes or if the subject is not in a sexual position at all, has the potential to arouse certain individuals. You can therefore call it nudity. Alternately, you could draw attention to his spread legs.

You can therefore call it nudity. Alternately, you could draw attention to his spread legs. People can be aroused by literally anything. It's called fetish. It's pretty damn gross and can turn even the most innocent thing into pornography. On another note, the spread legs are not spread to arouse anybody, but instead to help demonstrate the human form, which was the original purpose of the vitruvian man. A clothed body looks nothing like a nude body, so having the man be clothed would take away from the scientific aspect. It's not pornography, it's a study of the human body. If people are aroused by it, THEY can consider it porn. By definition, however, the vitruvian man is in no way pornographic.
