I think there should be a weekly game competition. Like for example:
The game is Town of Salem
First person to X wins gets Y posts
Second place that gets less wins than first but more than third
Third place has less wins than second but more than fourth
So kinda like this:
1st place: 1000 posts
2nd place: 500 posts
3rd place: 250 posts
