Well, depends how badly I hurt them. If it's just a scratch, I walk off with a self-satisfied smile. If I managed to knock them out, well, I'll drag them to my underground torture chambers and slowly lower them into a vat of acid, or maybe seal them in the spiked coffin. Lots of fun.
Now, it gets interesting if somehow I just kill them for the fun of it. If I do that, then afterwards I will take the body to my underground torture chambers but instead of mutilating them further, I will use complex science and morally dubious procedures to turn on specific parts of their brain, and use nanofibers to associate me with everything they find good and scary, so they obey me without question and cower when they see me. Since supposedly I just killed them with my magic punch, their nervous system shouldn't be too damaged, and the random person that I randomly killed will be my undying slave forever.

I only hurt people for my entertainment when I am seriously, or perhaps just ordinarily upset. It only works on living organisms, taking my angers out and laughing at a wall isn't satisfying.
