The Hunters are a faction dedicated to protecting all citizens of the country, specifically humans, from any species who means to harm others. While the police forces can usually handle human crime, the crime of supernatural, paranormal, or extraterrestrial nature requires help from the Hunters.
You can pick your species and occupation/job. The primary setting is modern day Chicago in which people have knowledge of all species, though aliens are more recent. If you are an alien or a custom/made-up species, include any quirks your species has. Your species can be of any kind.
This RP will be mainly free-roam, though if you have any plot ideas feel free to do it.
Rules
-There can be different types of species, just like the various races of humans.
-No powerplaying, metagaming or godmodding.
-No ridiculously OP characters like cosmic eldritch beings. You can have a character from an established mythology, but they must not be unbeatable.
-Magic is allowed
That's pretty much it. More rules may be added as the RP goes on.
