PhDs, and, for that matter, all higher education on Earth qualifies as a first degree doctorate according to the Jovian Academy of Sciences and Arts, whereas Martian universities have the capabilities to teach to up to a fourth degree doctorate. Of course, you'd only know this if you weren't on Earth, because Earth is a bullshit planet. God, I love how good I am at spewing lore very literally out of my ass! |
