In an Alternate Universe, on planet Earthon, the alternative face of our Earth, Humans started a new evolution in the planet. Many Humans started grouping themselves, and claiming pieces of land for themselves. Similar groups combined together forming lots of nations, nations that have their own Leader, Army, Land, Name and Flag. The desire of power and authority, controlled the minds of Humans, leading them to fights, wars, mass killing and destruction. And in Year 583, a great war has raised between the Leaders of the Nations, leading to a mass destruction and demolition in the planet Earthon. And now, in the beginnings of a new Century in Year 604, new Nations are trying to rise again.

13. Space exploration can't be done, read Rule #5 for more info about technology.
