How about a character which has a colored line on his body or multiple lines. And when he is gonna use his power the lines change color. The color would depend on the element.
Do you think it is a good character?

Not really, avatar doesn't changes his lines color. His lines color are blue and when he turns avatar state on they become more bright blue. They don't really change that much color.

Yes but they become lighter and start glowing. But it's the same concept but to a larger degree, right?

Yes basically. He can probably use those lines to transform depending on the element he uses.

Okay. What RP will he be in? I assume one that has a magic system that allows for things of this sort.

I guess when someone or I create a magical roleplay I would create this character. But for sure he is obviously gonna be on a fantasy roleplay.
