so basically here's a few things: 

1. make the forum to where you or an admin have to accept someone before they can join in order to avoid people like soard or other trolls joining. to get approved, the user must send a message to you ON THEIR MAIN saying their username. 

2. change the background. hell, i'd be willing to do it for you if you didn't want to. blue and white is pretty bad tho

To address 1, I tried to set that up but I can't figure out how to. Regardless, I have an active team of mods that includes a psychopath (me) and an anthropomorphic duck (Howard - I mean Duck14).

To address 2, I have multiple themes in development for those who prove themselves active enough to get to the other themes.
