Personally, I love Hot Topic and Gamestop.
I have a bunch of merchandise from Hot Topic, like anime stuff, a Get Scared band t-shirt, and this freaking awesome dress with skulls, keys, and locks on it. ouo
And from Gamestop, that is where I get all my beautiful, beautiful games, of course. ouo (I shall be getting MKX there once it comes out for Xbox360)

The one I go to has areas dedicated to manga and sc-fi. I'm mostly in the manga as well, but I tend to look at the bargained books aisles, and the kids/young adult sections, since there is like Warrior Cat books in there and stuff. ouo |
