(I added some detail about Argolon, which I haven't finished yet, and some stuff about magic and the timeline.)

(Wouldn't Gary, Larry and Barry be identical triplets? Also, expect an update to the OP with like a thousand new words within an hour.) (Well Gary died in a terrible fire so that changes their birth identity.)

(Okay, in slightly more detail now that I've had time to think it over: Duck, for the knight character, I highly recommend putting him in the kingdom of Argolon. I'm trying to write it in a way that's basically a standard fairytale kingdom with a benevolent monarch and all that stuff, which would make it the perfect setting for a chivalrous knight. The corrupt nobleman could exist in lots of places, but I think that that type of character might be good for Yhendorn, if you're willing to wait a while to implement him. If you want him implemented immediately, any of the Elusian nations could work, as could Eredal or Orevod or, for that matter, a corrupt member of the wizard government on Kraken Island or the Kraken Coast.)
(Arthur Fangoran should work as a character in most places; I think he's versatile enough for that.)

(Okay, so this is an important question: What timezone are you guys in, and when can you be online? I'm GMT+8, which I set as the default timezone on Bannanachair for my own convenience. I can be fairly flexible in terms of when I'm active and RPing (I have the Bannanachair tab open for basically all the time during the day that I'm awake), though there will be a few times that I'll be unavailable, notably Mondays and Wednesdays basically until my afternoon, Tuesday evenings, Thursday mornings and Friday early afternoons.)

(Oh should probably answer the question...
I'm on Arizona Time. Yes, that's actually a timezone, we use it because Arizona is one of, if not the only state in the US that doesn't use Daylight Savings.)

(Oh, that's a relief, that means I don't need to calculate daylight savings for you. I don't use daylight savings either, so I absolutely hate having to recalculate everything every six months for everyone's schedule. What times are you awake and available?)

(Eh, I typically wake up at roughly 10:30 am if there's not a class and I don't go to bed till usually 1-2 am. It's summer so I don't have any school (Well, I could if I want to but I need a break after this semester) although depending on what happens I may still be working at the college's learning center (Basically, I help the tutors on campus organize their schedules))

(I also edited the OP with a tiny bit of stuff that I added over the past handful of weeks. I am really stressed about something going on in real life, though, and so doubt that I'll be updating the OP very much more until maybe even July. I want to do Argolon and Kraken Island as soon as possible, and it's arguable that there might be enough information on Argolon for a bit of stuff to happen there, but for the time being I'm still going to make those places off-limits.)

(This is the last call for something very specific: If anyone wants to be part of the noble family of Mallowater, let me know within 24 hours. Tikobe and I are finishing up that particular family tree right now and, though I'd allow people to make CSes for characters who have so far just been named or had very brief roles, the family tree if you do that would be entirely immutable. We've already worked some stuff out for Earl Thander, his sons Othan, Kallian, Northan and Horthon and his daughters Jayla and Laia, and Othan's children, but the rest of the tree is up for grabs. I'll be working a bunch of stuff out about it myself right now, but aside from that nuclear family anything that I write in the next 24 hours is subject to change if anyone wants me to change it.)

(The process is, in short, I asked Tikobe a couple questions about his family, like how many siblings, a wife, kids, etc., and then I asked for permission to add all the second cousins in myself. And then I went a little bit overboard.) (Edit: I also haven't decided how I want to handle bastards, so I'm just using "bastard" as a placeholder. Obviously I'll think of something, presumably some variation on "FitzName" or something of the sort.)

That way I’ll have someone in each region and there will be a little interaction.)

(I gave you the link to the family tree to look through at your leisure. There's a number of surnames that are married to just one cousin of the Mallowater family that represent either barons or landed knights or even just families of wandering hedge-knights for the branches particularly unlikely to inherit anything of value. Or you could be someone already on the tree.) (Also, I'm honestly ready to begin whenever the first CS is up. It doesn't need to be a twenty-five paragraph masterpiece, and the CS can always be edited later with more information because we can edit posts now.)

(Alright, that's good. I have in my head a whole bunch of different storylines that I can put the two of you in.) (Kinda makes me curious considering my guy, while originally just a bit of a cold-hearted man, came out increasingly on the border of outright villain (Yeah, even I'm a little scared of Othan, not that that's a bad thing, considering the last time I had a morally grey character he came out as being my favorite character to have ever roleplayed (Granted, I say "morally grey" but he was a racist elf out for human massacre as revenge for the persecution of elves instigated by humans. Understandable, but not really all that grey))) (Well, um... Okay, time for the CS!) Name: Othan Mallowater Age: 39 years old Gender: Male Nationality: Orevod Appearance: Othan is possessing of a slim and not particularly athletic build and a height that is just about average. He is fair of skin, with blue eyes and blonde hair cut to medium length with a rather pristine goatee. Granted, the only reason why he chose this hair style is because it was something that looks good and doesn't take much effort to maintain, not that he'd let anyone in on that fact. Clothing: Othan prefers to wear clothes that are a bit more casual than what you'd expect out of a noble. Namely, he wears a nice white shirt with a dark blue vest, black pants with white boots to match. He also tends to carry around a light sword to demonstrate his status among the military. Languages: Orevodian, Elusian, Eredalian, Old Nerathi and Vrelonian Occupation: Military Rank: General, Heir to Earl of Mallowater Personality: Aloof and often off doing his own thing, Othan is either resting playing strategy games with his friend Raethus or the occasional visiting tactician or off on some expedition, causing a lack of involvement with matters of politics and family. He is highly intelligent and in matters of war and battle prefers to be patient rather than to seek the enemy out in direct combat. He is a diehard fanatic of Nizeston, and in the name of the blue dragon anything is allowed no matter how gruesome or taboo it is. Bio: Born year 204, Othan spent much of his time being prepared to receive the title as heir to the Earl of Mallowater. Having spent most of his time on various lessons, Othan could only play games that his father approved of. That being said, the Earl of Mallowater was particularly supportive of board games focused on strategy, a hobby that Othan took to quite well and even convinced the Earl of Mallowater to find a partner around his age to play with, a role taken up by Raethus Shan, the son of one of the Earl's vassals. In support of Othan's interest in the matter, the Earl forced many tutoring sessions with tacticians on Othan while also attempting to foster interest in combative sports such as jousting in the young boy, although Othan, considerably lacking skill in those kinds of things, abhorred them. At the outbreak of the first Galbror war, Othan took part as a knight serving under Raethus's father, being mocked by many for his sub-par combat skills and his habit of having to constantly be saved by Raethus. However, Othan proved himself considerably when he finally had the chance to utilize his extensive education to propose a barricade to Raethus's father, a plan that lead to the capture of an entire area of forest with incredibly few casualties on the side of Orevod. Even though the first war was a lost, Othan had earned his name as a cunning and promising strategist, a name that the Earl used to arrange a marriage with a distant cousin of the Clearden family. The next chance that Othan had was in the second war, where the Earl chose to remove Othan from the front lines and placed him as a vassal and strategist under the Earl's direct command. By this point, however, Othan had earned a fair amount of controversy. Many of the strategists worried that Othan's proposals were too patient and brutal. While some supported his ideas such as the burning of crops and the use of poisons to devastate vast numbers of the opposing military, as well as his notions that brutality must be utilized to enforce the strength of Nizeston and demonstrate the blue dragon is neither a force to be reckoned with or rebelled against, others were concerned that there was a lack of honor in Othan's actions, an argument to which Othan's reply was that the only honor that mattered was the honor of demonstrating the power of Nizeston. However, unfortunately for his opponents among the Earl of Mallowater's tacticians, Othan gained far too much favor for other to oppose him when he earned Orevod a considerable advantage by manipulating information to trick Eredal into thinking that Mallowater's forces were going to start an invasion at a location far away from where the actual invasion point was, completely ruining the defenses of the Crebehl Forest. Even though the victory of Orevod was interfered with due to Lemurrath, Othan's actions made waves among the military and drowned out the voices of his opposition. After the war, the Mallowater household underwent a large change: The Earl of Mallowater fell ill during the second war. While the Earl attempted to maintain his duties, three years after the war the Earl was no longer able to maintain competence in his duties. As such, he declared that Othan, the named heir, should now handle the responsibilities of the title. Of course Othan, who is only interested in war and conquest under Nizeston's name, is severely disinterested in politics, leading to peculiar arrangement with the eldest of his younger siblings: His brother Kallian. Namely, Othan is in charge of the military duties of the Mallowater estate and maintains its forces while Kallian manages the political sphere and interactions between the Mallowaters and the rest of Orevod. That is, of course, not to say that Othan's is a name to forget: He does hold a certain amount of sway in the military and his ideals have even entranced his wife's distant cousin: Ballus Clearden, who holds the title of heir to the Earl of Clearden. Friends and Family: The Mallowater family is led by Othan's father Thander, aged 61, though only on paper since Othan and the eldest of Othan's younger siblings, Kallian, have taken up the responsibilities of the Mallowater family. Galleile, Thander's wife, passed away some four years ago, and Thander's condition suggests that he is not far behind. Othan is the eldest of Thander's children, and Kallian, aged 36, was already mentioned as second eldest, but there are four more children: The eldest of Othan's younger sisters and third eldest of the Mallowater siblings as well one of Othan's more prominent vassals Jayla, aged 32, followed by the third Mallowater son Northan, aged 28. The second youngest would be the second daughter of the Mallowaters Laia, aged 26, followed by the youngest son Horthon, aged 23, though Horthon is unfortunately bedridden and may even be closer to death than Thander is. Ignoring the various marriages, children and affairs of the other Mallowater children, which would take far too long to explain in full as with the exception of Horthon who is too busy with his health and Jayla who is rejected by many families and candidates for being too "brutish and aggressive" of a woman, the remaining Mallowater children are all married, including Othan. Othan's family consists of his wife Thalla, though the two rarely talk to each other, and his three children: The eldest daughter Ielle, aged 18 and while not currently engaged Othan has given Kallian permission to arrange one if the need be, followed by the only son Thander Marthus, aged 15 and indeed named after Othan's father, and ended with the youngest daughter and the surprise child after the physicians were sure there could be no more children after Thander Marthus, Kallia, aged 9. Outside of the family, Othan, in spite of having a good number of tacticians and vassals serving under him, only has two friends: His favored vassal Raethus Shan, aged 41, and is well known for having been friends with Othan since the both of them were young boys, and then Ballus Clearden, heir to the Earl of Clearden and while not as devoted, still shares many of Othan's notions concerning loyalty to Nizeston. Ballus and Othan had met when Othan married Thalla as Ballus is Thalla's cousin first removed. Within the bounds of his own family, Othan has been noted to work closely with his sister Jayla on matters of strategy and war as well as his strong yet very businessman like relationship with his brother Kallian who handles all of the political duties that Othan, who is titled as the heir to the Earl of Mallowater, would've otherwise been burdened with. Of course, it's obvious that the strength of their relationship is founded more on the idea that each knows their job and trusts the other to comply when needed and not stab them in the back and there's not an ounce of brotherly love in the matter, even though the number of times that one has granted favors to the other is quite large for both of them. Goals: He simply wishes to spread the domain of Nizeston and show other why it is not wise to defy a dragon. Other: N/A

(I said I would post one and post one I shall.)
Name: Alfred Melling Age: 54 Gender: Male Nationality: Eredal (Do they call themselves Eredallans or something?)
Appearance: Alfred is a rather stout looking fellow who is seeing out the latter half of his best days. His constant travels across the Nubarb has left him with a rather haggard demeanour which makes him look slightly older than he actually is. He has a grey beard which he has to constantly tend to otherwise it will fill with grime or grow out of shape. Despite his wild beard his hair has begun to bald and so he wears a small biscorn hat left behind and susquently forgotten by a travelling general many years ago. He has small, beady eyes which give the faintest glint of brown.
Clothing: Mostly covered in the above section. However, he also wears a brown tunic like coat which he never washes. It smells a bit but no one seems to notice. Conversely, he has the shiniest black shoes in his trade which he spends hours shining.
Languages: [Optional] He has had frequent conversations with travellers and can speak conversationally in at least a few languages. Occupation: [Optional] Ferry Captain Rank: [Could be feudal rank, could be military rank, could refer to rank within a trade guild, etc.] Ferry Captain
Personality: [Optional] He’s pretty charismatic for an old hand, known by many and respected by most. He can be a little boistourous and hot headed but mainly to protect his ship. That comes first. I think we will see more of his personality in the RP than on here.
Bio: Alfred left home at the age of 16 to find his place in the world. He grew up in Eredal and travelled the free world to find work. He worked labour cutting down trees, spent some time as a bar keeper, and hunted bears with a couple of hardcore game hunters. But none of those occupations suited him for more than a few weeks. He left the hunting shack one morning and set off again hoping to find some work in Elusia but only made it as far as the Nubarb River. Something about the stream and the activity around it just spoke to him and he knew that he had to stay. He knew there was a business waiting for him right there. So he dropped everything again, worked as hard as he could for two years and built himself a boat. A boat which would transport people across the great river and to wherever they wanted to go along it. He soon had more smaller boats built and began an enterprise. But his original boat was always the best and the became the thing he loved most in all the world. If any harm came to it he would see to the wrongdoers quicker than they could move. And so he found his place in the world, a ferry captain on the Nubarb.
(I can add more to this if you need. I just wanted to keep it fairly simple for now.)
Friends and Family: He has an ex-wife, Martha that left him when she realised he loved his boat more than her. They may have had children, you can decide if you want Tim.
His best mates include his first mate Garry, and the bartender at one of his major ports on the Eredal side. He has many acquaintances and other people that work with him as he is a fairly popular ferry captain.
Goals: [Optional] I’m not sure. Other:
