Congress still gets the last word, as they have twice before, iirc. With 18+ states wanting to take Pai to court, I think we still have some hope.
If all else fails, good Ol' Musky might have to be our salvation.
Not to mention Pai's constant mocking and belittling of the vast majority standing against him; Openly mocking the general public is only going to work against him. The battle isn't over, but rather, the important part has just begun. Up until now was pretty much destined to happen.

... the first two words of any URL are 'World wide' That said, it'll affect US-based sites more than directly affect non-US residents. Amazon would be affected but not Alibaba, for example. (I think. I doubt Ali is US-based)
