I can't wait for 2020. Who do you want to run against Trump? Personally I think that Caroline Kennedy would be a pretty good candidate for the Democrats.

But unless the democrats stop being retarded, they'll probably try to run Tim Kaine

Then who do you want to run against Trump in the Republican primaries?

Unless Trump does really badly (which i hope he doesn't, a bad president is bad news for most people) i doubt there'd even be republican primaries. like, why would they run against their own incumbent? there weren't like, any democratic primaries in 2012.

There will. Not even the Republicans like Trump. I'd consider it lucky if he were to even get the chance for a 2020 term.

Personally, I wouldn't mind Tim Kaine as a candidate. He wouldn't be my favorite by far but at least he doesn't seem too bad of a choice. He'd be a better choice than Hillary, only reason I voted for her was because the other three candidates were worse than she was (Before anyone starts ranting about the Libertarians, I will say it frankly: I prefer my presidents to know about global issues BEFORE being told of them. On TV. The only reason why Johnson was ever an option in my book was because Trump's a nightmare in my opinion and Jill Stein is even worse than him).

Personally, I wish Michelle Obama would run. I rather enjoyed the Obama presidency, and I think Michelle's even better than Barack. I'd also like for Martin O'Malley if it's possible. He was my favorite Democratic nominee for the 2016 race and I was sad to see him drop out.

After typing this up I did actually take a chance to see what O'Malley's plans are and apparently he's actually considering a 2020 run. Thank the lord. Now to pray that Trump doesn't f*** things up too bad.

O'Malley was my favourite in 2016 as well; after he dropped out I became a Hillary supporter. I somehow forgot about O'Malley when I wrote this thread (mostly because he got no news coverage at all) but now that you've reminded me I know who I'll be voting for in the first ever election I'll be old enough to vote in.

Gary Johnson is a disgrace to anyone who is actually a Libertarian. He's an authoritarian running under the guise Libertarianism, and he's fucking stupid as hell to boot.
