Part of the reason I'm still here is because I'm annoyed at the admins for completely blocking replies on Pokemon World. They may have fixed the filter but after awhile that thread became the only reason I logged on to Roblox. Besides the only real drawback of this place is the lack of new joiners. Roblox had spambots, more idiots, crazy mods, a terrible search function, frequent maintenance and plenty of people who don't know the difference between C&G and roleplay. There were also people who would assume that being from one kind of forum made them important, those type of people really pissed me off. Look, I understand we don't RP here much yet and we probably should more but I like the community we have here. Perhaps we will go back to Roblox (and come rushing back here when another problem arises) but I don't feel the to right now. Makes sense. But for heaven's sake Tim, can you just enable Purring to make themes? It's the only thing that drives me away from this site: your bland or crappy colored themes. EDIT: And I just realized I quoted Duck and not Tim. Damn you Duck and your Bannanachair King profile picture. Anyways, what I wrote above is directed at Tim. |

Eh... I still occasionally scroll through the RPF but it looks like the seventh layer of hell and I only do it because sims wanted me to continue something.

i think most people are here because the community's smaller, there's not allot of pressure for one to censor themselves, most people are mature and there are features such as the shoutbox which prove to encourage communication between users. "The lack of censor here shows just how backwards this community is when all they want to do is swear willy-nilly. The filter bypassing on roblax was cringeworthy, but this is a whole new level of disgust I have for certain people." Look, I don't approve of lots of the conversation that's ongoing, but it's not my place to tell them what they can and can not say. In the words of (my dad who always quotes) Voltaire, "I don't agree with what you say but I'll defend to the death your right to say it". I agree with that statement. It's literally a matter of making you a superadmin with all the same powers as he has. Maybe a little bit more complicated than that but that's the gist of it. Tim being tim, of course... Not at all. I have a theme creator on my own site aside from myself, and it's very simple to give those select few powers to someone. You don't have to make anyone a superadmin unless you want to. You just create a new group, edit the settings to make it so they can edit and create themes, add the selected person(s) to the group, and you go on your merry way. Next time you talk about what the main site admin can do and how they do it, LNG, I'd suggest making a proboard yourself, and that way, you can make sure you know what you're talking about before you say it. you're super right. |

It's mods are garbage, it's community is garbage, and anything of any substance get's drowned out in a wave of spam and bullshit

I remember back when we had to call Cofagrigus by its traditional Japanese name in the forums, back when Tears was confusing simply because I was an idiot, back when I had like no friends except for this one guy and we always chilled on the same Roblox maps whenever I went to his house, back when I was Frost Clan and proud of it, back when...good Zod, back when I was happy about things.
Shit, if Roblox is associated with my genuinely happy childhood, I might just have to go back there for a little while. Damn.
