the fact i was born into a life with a nice house, education and a family. im pretty thankful for that, since there are people out there that don't get these and it makes me kinda sad.

I'm thankful that Thanksgiving is only one day a year instead of more frequent than that. It is the worst god damn holiday ever conceived of, aside from perhaps if there's a holiday to commemorate Christopher Columbus, Manifest Destiny, ethnic cleansing in Kosovo during the Yugoslav Wars or the Holocaust.

Who the fuck actually celebrates Columbus day? Elementary school. They do activities relating to him and "teach" you all about it! that's the only example I've ever come across |

Columbus Day is unfortunately a thing. Well that's the worst idea since Russia made "Stalin Day" a national holiday! Some parts of Australia get a day off to celebrate a minute long horse race. That's my least favourite holiday. |

I once saw the horse races in Melbourne. It's quite a nice event, actually, although I lost a bit of my money (a.k.a. fifty dollars given to me by my parents). |
