story time
got home from school, ate some cereal, took my dogs out for a short walk, and then went to take a nap
prior to this i set an alarm on my phone and set it on the desk on the other side of my room (to where i would of had to get out of bed and manually turn it off) and i also told my mom to wake me up if i wasn't up within the hour
go to sleep to plug.dj playing because i thought i'd be back on my computer relatively soon and i like listening to music before/during sleep
vaguely remember waking up to the alarm, throwing my blankets to the side and getting out of bed to turn off the alarm on my phone
vaguely remember my mom coming into my room and telling me to wake up and me saying something along the lines of 'okay, i'll get up soon'
wake up three hours later
wander around the house for about five minutes, washing my face and drinking some water
go by my mom's room and she immediately asks if i remember what i said to her
well, obviously no
she says i said something to do with 'ice picks'
.. huh
idk what to do so she suggests i just go back to bed
shrug it off thinking there's no way i could do that but then after more thinking i have no homework or really anything i want to do
turn off computer, turn on pandora, roll back into bed
sleep till i have to wake up (11 hours)
kinda remember some of my cringe dreams
they involve some of the following:
walking by a guy after he asked me for money for a drink or something and i just keep walking
spending $5 on a vending machine instead of $1.25 because the numbers were coded wrong or something (1=5 2=7 w/e), end up getting a big fuckin' poptart, some weird canned fruit drink, and this can of citrus soda i wanted in the first place.. gf ends up eating some of the poptart which made me pissed because all that was going to be my lunch and we were also rushing to go to our next class and she's just standing there eating MY poptart
i was in an overwatch game as a healer and was doing good and some shenanigans happened in-game. end up chilling with these two people i played with irl post-game (we literally walked from one room in-game to this room with sofas and a TV). they have conversations among themselves even when i directly talk to them, and one of them has like a giant shiba inu that runs out and props itself on one of the sofas and i try and make conversation with the guy how i have a much smaller shib. still no reply from either of them
staying at this cabin with my dad's side of the family on they aren't my dad's side of the family.. completely different people.. distinguished as REALLY conservative catholics. i guess i didn't like them or something because i stayed inside the bathroom there this entire time assorting pills from bottle to bottle or some shit (somehow ibuprofen got into the allergy med bottle and vice versa). i somehow go drone mode and see the house while i'm still in the bathroom; one of my cousins (who is not even my cousin, idk who this little girl is) is ordering around her mother to clean this oven and microwave and grill as her dad's birthday present even though there's already food in it so her mom is just extremely confused on how she's going to clean it and repeatedly telling her daughter on how she should have told her to clean it before they put in food....... as i'm still in the bathroom a 'cousin' around my age is wondering wtf i'm doing and i explain my pill sorting. she says how we should go on a chariot ride(?) around town and chat..... chariot is this wagon thing pulled by an old convertible WAY in front of the wagon. we chat and she shit talks my interest in history and i just kinda frown at her the whole time. eventually our wagon stops at a stop light (idk how) and some woman comes out of her car yelling at us for being there.. something about 'public indecentness' where i realize i'm just in my undies next to this fully clothed girl who i guess is my cousin???. the girl beside me ends up freaking out, calling our 'driver' and saying how we have to fuckin GO NOW and so she puts the phone to my face saying how we need to go and i yell that we also have to go. we end up zooming off with that woman driving behind us, threatening how she'll find us and have us arrested or something....... i get back to the wagon driver place and there's this heavier set guy sitting behind a counter and i tell him about my family at the cabin and how they're different from me or something and he's laughing the entire time. then some other guy comes in and says how there are some people for me. i freak out and start running out, seeing this big ol dude starting to chase me down. i run over these planks across the water acting as a bridge over this really swampy water (at the entryway of the bridge was the wagon place and this dino graveyard) and after i run across the plank bridge it's this really long road with overhanging jungle. there are like two female lions running around me and nibbling at my ankles and wrist and stuff and there's this stalled card on the side of the road that i run over to and start banging on the window to try and get them to open the door.. within the car is the dude that was chasing me down earlier!! a clone of him fuckin' comes out of nowhere and throws me on the ground, sitting on me and saying how i have to pay or somethin. after nearly getting raped or some shit this shirtless australian dude with daisy dukes and a safari hat smashes a beer can or something over the guys head and helps me up
